Refunds are in accordance with PayPal standards.

All shipping fees are calculated through PayPal. And additional shippings fees may apply to some products according to size and weight. However, shippings fees are typically 15% of the purchace price. In some cases, sales include free shipping. These shipping specials are temporary, and may be changed at anytime. All shipping is done VIA UPS (United Parcel Service). If other shipping methods are requested or necessary, additional freight charges may apply. Please allow 10 to 21 days for delivery.
